Since this item will originate in the United States expect that upon your purchase it will arrive within 8-10 business days to your designated delivery address and will be sent using UPS or FedEx courier service. Should there be some delays with the delivery you will be informed immediately and work with you in realtime for any possible solutions.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING
FREE SHIPPING to any major city destination address here in the Philippines. If you want this item shipped to other provincial addresses there is a PHP750.00 delivery surcharge. For your convenience a tracking number will then be provided after 24-48 hours of your purchase as soon as it becomes available in our system. We would require the following information to process your order: 1.) Recipient Full Name; 2.) Recipient Delivery Address; 3.) Recipient Contact Number, either cellphone or landline, in case there will be problems during the delivery of your package the courier service will have ease of communication.
CUSTOM DUTIES AND TAXES
All custom duties and taxes are PREPAID. These custom payable amounts are already included with the price indicated above. That means, upon delivery and receipt of this item you are assured and expected not to pay any extra fees and charges from the UPS or FedEx courier service.
PAYMENT METHODS
Only orders made with full or partial payment will be processed. So to ensure for both the Buyer and Seller that all transactions will be secured and protected the following methods can be the acceptable form of payment:
- BANK DEPOSIT - We can accept your payment thru cash deposit to any branch of the following banks nearest at your location: Banco De Oro Universal Bank or Unionbank of the Philippines. Buyer must provide us a scanned copy of the deposit slip clearly indicating the amount deposited and the date and time of the deposit was made.
- GLOBE GCASH or SMART MONEY - We can also accept this form of payment made thru any Globe or Smart Centers. Likewise, the Buyer must provide us the scanned copy of the payment slip or receipt clearly indicating the amount deposited and the date and time the deposit was made.
- PICK UP - You can choose to have this item delivered and shipped to our locations in Metro Manila (Novaliches, Quezon City) or in Metro Cebu (Cebu City). But we would require a 50% down payment before we can process your order. The down payment can be made either personally at our locations or thru bank deposit. On arrival of your order you will be notified by email or txt messaging where you can pay the outstanding balance and personally claim the item(s).
RETURN/REFUND POLICY
We are offering our valued customers a seven (7) days money back guarantee to all of your orders and with our policy of no questions asked. Please make sure that the item being returned is: 1.) unused item with an unopened box; 2.) defective, non-functional on receipt of item, or has clear physical damage on the unit; 3.) the same item as described that was ordered and delivered and has not been replaced with any other item. Buyer will be provided with a return merchandise code but has to shoulder the return international shipping cost back to the store warehouse in the United States. Applicable re-storage and restocking fees apply. Money back refund, up to 70% valuation depending on unit condition, will be issued within ten days after receipt of the returned merchandise, which will be subject to processing, verification, and refund approval.
